Born and raised in New York, Vienna and Karachi, Meeni is interested in telling stories about women and bridges.
Bridges are people who, like herself, are both and neither; connecting two disparate cultures, classes or moments in time through a single person.
Meeni began her filmmaking journey as a directing candidate in the inaugural class at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema.
